In October I wrote a blog that defined Hillary Clinton’s problems with her own base. It boiled down to her “Authenticity Gap” with voters. In it I said the tensions within the Democratic Party could not be resolved and, ultimately, would hand Donald Trump the victory in the race for the presidency.
I was proven right because Donald Trump understood, like I did, that the Rust Belt was the key to this election.
